It is extremely important that you, as a patient, follow all instructions and the prescribed treatment to the letter to ensure the success of the intervention.
The consumption of tobacco or alcohol significantly worsens progress, preventing proper tissue healing.
The application of local cold is especially useful, according to Dr. Tomás Hernán’s instructions, in the first 48-72 hours to avoid the onset of pain or excessive inflammation.
